By submitting a service request to Harbour Roam Dublin or engaging with our itinerary-planning service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Service

Harbour Roam Dublin provides independent itinerary planning, neighbourhood guidance and day-by-day travel preparation for visitors to Dublin. We produce advisory documents and offer consultation — we do not sell transport tickets, accommodation, restaurant reservations, event passes, travel insurance, priority-access products or any physical goods.

Requests Are Not Automatic Bookings

Submitting a service-request form on our website does not constitute a booking, a confirmed appointment or a binding agreement. Every request is reviewed individually by a member of our team. We will contact you to discuss your needs and confirm whether and how we can help before any planning engagement begins. An engagement is confirmed only when both parties have agreed to proceed, typically via a written email exchange.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and honest information about your travel dates, group composition and any accessibility or health considerations that may affect route suitability.
  • Understand that our itineraries are advisory — you remain responsible for your own safety, for checking opening hours and admission policies of any venue, and for verifying public-transport schedules before travelling.
  • Recognise that Dublin's weather, public-transport services and venue operations can change at short notice and that Harbour Roam Dublin cannot control or guarantee conditions on the ground.
  • Do not redistribute, resell or commercially republish itinerary documents we prepare for you without our written permission.
  • Use the contact form and communication channels respectfully. We reserve the right to decline a request if communication becomes abusive or unreasonable.

Accuracy and Limitations

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information in our itineraries and guides is accurate at the time of preparation. However, details such as opening hours, admission fees, transport timetables and trail conditions change regularly. We recommend verifying critical details independently, especially for time-sensitive plans. Harbour Roam Dublin is not liable for losses, costs or inconvenience arising from changes beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All written content, route descriptions and itinerary documents produced by Harbour Roam Dublin remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are welcome to use materials we prepare for you for your personal, non-commercial trip planning.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a planning engagement before work has begun, please let us know by email as soon as possible. Specific cancellation and refund terms, where applicable, will be set out clearly in the engagement confirmation email for your particular request.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
